Michelle Coleman, Counsellor Coach and Trainer

With over 20 years experience working with people in education, leadership development, human resources, workplace wellbeing, coaching and counselling, I founded Connect Better to help individuals build the skills they need to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

I combine evidence-based positive psychological coaching techniques and counselling approaches to provide emotional, motivational and skills support to help clients overcome struggle and find the confidence and clarity to navigate life's challenges and connect better within themselves, with others and with life.

I hold a Masters degrees in Coaching Psychology and Training and Development and post graduate qualifications in psychology and counselling. I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Association for Coaching Australia (AC Australia).

Known for my down to earth practical and compassionate approach I am committed to walking along side people to help them find what they need to connect better.
